    | Art history of the European Middle Ages looks at metamorphoses of architecture, sculpture, painting and applied art within the era of Romanic and Gothic style in connection with their significance and functions in the contemporary society. Against a background of the European creative panorama, the Romanic and Gothic style development in our lands is subsequently presented.
