Overview of the history of Czech visual arts in the context of European art from Pre-Romanic art up to the end of the 20th century. Determination of the study course, periodization, style characteristics, cross-disciplinary relations.

Overview of the history of Czech visual arts in the context of European art from Pre-Romanic art up to the end of the 20th century.
Good approximate knowledge of the history of Czech art and the ability to apply of knowledge in the educative process.

Basic knowledge of the history of European and Czech art.

Written exam
Students engage in the classwork through minor tasks of documentary character.Written examination.
