The contents of the course focus on teaching fundamental theoretical-legal institutions and school legislation, and administration in schools and conditions for performance of pedagogical workers in schools and school institutions

Learning outcomes
|
Law and its significance in the modern world. The state and law. Types of constitutional systems in contemporary states. Law and democracy. Internationally valid standards and documents. The Czech legal system. A summary of the basic Czech legal standards in individual legal sectors. The legal status of the teacher and the pupil. The fundamentals of school legislation.
Theoretical knowledge and practical ability of aplication legal rules in fixed law branch.

Knowledge of basic legal institutes of fixed branch.

|
Oral exam
Attendance and activity at consultations, written work on a given topic, verification of knowledge
