Course content
Students during their study will complete 20 days of continuous practicing on secondary schools or college teaching the subject Education. The Practicing will be provided by the Centre of practical teaching of Palacky University in Olomouc.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic Lecture(Interpretation, Training), Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming), Work with Text (with Book, Textbook), Activating (Simulations, Games, Dramatization)
Learning outcomes
After the completing of the Practise student should be able to: - observe and assess the types and variants of the school climate, - apply qualitative and quantitative approaches in examining school climate (observation, interview, questionnaire, etc.), - use the results of the research climate in shaping the school model for increasing the efficiency of school work.
