Course content
The subject "Materials and technologies" provides a comprehensive didactically transformed systematic overview of basic knowledge about general material science and the use of materials. Focus is on material characteristics and their management via changes in composition, structure and external conditions. This emphasis is also supported by practical laboratory tests.

The course aims at providing general, concise, methodologically oriented overview of materials and their use. Focus is on material characteristics and related changes of material properties.
