Course content
General conditions for correct plant classification, technical equipment. Collecting and preserving plants. Herbarium specimens conservation. Literature for determination of specimens. Higher plants - representation of selected taxonomic categories. Excursion - field training.

The course focuses on practical determination of common species of vascular plants of the Czech Republic.
Prerequisites
Elementary knowledge in morphology of plants

Test on plant determination (66% correctly determined plant taxa)
