Types of botanical collections. Saving herbarium material and its protection, disinfection, disinsection, important collections. Methods of collection and preparation of major groups of invertebrates and vertebrates, the types of zoological collections (exsikáty, fluid preparations, konchilie molluscs dermoplastické preparations, balk) and their maintenance.
