Phylogeny of higher plants, the transition to dry land, the development of major plant organs. Presentation of the main groups: ryniofyty, mosses, lycopodium, horsetails, ferns, kapraďosemenné, ginkgo, conifers, angiosperms (monocotyledons and dicotyledons). Plants and environment, abiotic and biotic factors. Development of vegetation in the major geological periods. Phytogeography and chorology: area, relict endemism, vikariance, floroelementy, the main features florogeneze, regional geography of plants on earth, geography, vegetation, horizontal and vertical pásmitost vegetation. Plant bioindicators. Cultural plants and their origins, development centers. Fytogenetika and its influences. Antropizace vegetation. The course follows: System and Plant Ecology, Botanical exercises in the field of botany Declaratory practicum, comprehensive training in the field.
