Basic geological principles. Essentials of stratigraphy. Precambrian, Paleozoic, Mesozoic, Cenozoic - fundamental division and characteristic, evolution of the Earth´s crust, orogenetic processes, evolution of life, paleogeography and paleobiogeography, regional extension. Fundamental geological units on the territory of the Czech Republic. Geological maps, namely scales 1:500 000 and 1:1 000 000.
