Course content
|
The concept of the subject of national studies in RVP ZV. Analysis of textbooks, work with textbooks. Organizational forms in national history. Teaching methods in local history. Teacher preparation in national studies teaching, didactic analysis of the curriculum. Plan and map as a basic teaching aid, use of other teaching aids. The personality of the teacher in national studies teaching. Screening and assessment, task preparation, compilation of worksheets, didactic game.

Oral exam, Analyssis of the Student's Portfolio, Seminar Work
The student prepares a presentation of his region from a geographical, historical and contemporary point of view (monuments and their importance, significant personalities of the region, economy, flora and fauna, coat of arms, or flag of the city (municipality), name, culture, tradition and folklore, transformation of the place over the centuries, rumours). On the basis of material from the region, he will prepare a seminar paper-methodical treatment of the topic for the teaching of national studies.
