Course content
|
Psychomotor activities in physical education - importance, application in segments of the TV lesson. Basic gymnastics resources in the implementation of the TV lesson Warm-up options in TV. Comprehensively developing exercises without equipment, with equipment and aids and with the use of tools - exercise technique, methodology, student safety when implementing the basics of gymnastics. Stretching and conditioning exercises in the 1st grade of elementary school - 1st and 2nd educational period. Acrobatic training in children, basic exercise shapes, technique of their execution, error recognition and application of correction methods and procedures. Training methodology, assistance and rescue in specific movement skills in the field of acrobatics and exercises on equipment. Possibilities of modifying exercises. Fun exercises in gymnastics, obstacle courses using gymnastic equipment and tools, adrenaline in TV. Use of music in TV, cross-curricular relationships. Providing assistance and rescue in gymnastics, safety and health protection of the student.

Learning outcomes
|
Objectives: -to orientate oneself in the content of the basics of gymnastics in the context of the current curriculum document, - to correctly select and use the means of basic gymnastics in individual segments of the physical education lesson at the 1st level of schools, - to use appropriate methodological procedures and means from the field of basic gymnastics for the development of the child's kinesthesia, - to use appropriate methodological procedures and means when teaching movement skills from the field of the basics of acrobatics and exercises on apparatus, - to modify the given curriculum in the context of the individual prerequisites of the pupil, - to observe the principles of safety and protection of the pupil's health when teaching the basics of gymnastics, - to practically implement assistance and rescue when teaching the basics of gymnastics.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Student performance, Seminar Work
- active participation in classes 80%, - successful implementation of didactic output based on correctly prepared written preparation, - successful completion of control exercises, - technically correct execution of given acrobatic elements and exercises on apparatus, - seminar work: creation of a portfolio in the field of gymnastics basics The requirements for awarding credit are fulfilled during the teaching part of the semester.
