Course content
Psychomotor activities in physical education - meaning, application in segments of the TV lesson. Basic gymnastics resources in the implementation of the TV lesson.Warm-up exercises in TV. Comprehensively developing exercises without equipment, with equipment and aids and with the use of tools - exercise technique, methodology, student safety when implementing the basics of gymnastics.Stretching and conditioning exercises.Basics of gymnastics in the RVP ZV - acrobatic training for children, basic exercise shapes, technique for their execution, error recognition and application of correction methods and procedures. Training methodology, assistance and rescue for specific movement skills in the field of acrobatics and exercises on equipment. Possibilities for modifying exercises.Fun exercises in gymnastics, obstacle courses using gymnastic equipment and tools, adrenaline in TV.Use of music in TV.Providing assistance and rescue in gymnastics, safety and protection of student health.

Learning outcomes
To orientate oneself in the curriculum of the basics of gymnastics in the context of the RVP ZV, to correctly choose and use the resources of basic gymnastics in individual segments of the physical education lesson at the 1st level of schools, to use appropriate methodological procedures and resources from the field of basic gymnastics for the development of the child's kinesthesia, to use appropriate methodological procedures and resources when teaching movement skills from the field of the basics of gymnastics, to modify the given curriculum in the context of the individual prerequisites of the pupil, to observe the principles of safety and protection of the pupil's health when teaching the basics of gymnastics, to practically implement assistance and rescue when teaching the basics of gymnastics.

Prerequisites
The level of motor abilities and motor skills that allow you to complete the course and meet the requirements for credit.

Assessment methods and criteria
Student performance, Seminar Work, Written exam

- active participation in classes 80%, - successful implementation of the didactic output based on correctly prepared written preparation (warm-up exercises in the TV class) - successful completion of control exercises, - technically correct execution of the given acrobatic elements and exercises on the apparatus, - successful completion of the terminology test, - seminar work: creation of a portfolio in the field of gymnastics basics Requirements are also met during the semester.
