Course content
School as an open social system, basic management terminology, school as a specific organization and transformation system, school external and internal environment, SWOT analysis, basic legal standards and conceptual documents pertaining to primary schools.

Learning outcomes
School can be perceived as an open social system. Knowledge of the theory of management systems can be utilized to improve efficiency in schoolwork. Participants in these studies will be able to: use basic management terms correctly,explain the concept of a school as a specific system of organization and transformation,explain how factors of a school's internal and external environments can impact its livelihood and activities, using the technique of SWOT analysis to examine the conditions of a specific school,apply fundamental knowledge of management to the conditions of a primary school,list basic legal standards and conceptual documents pertaining to primary schools and their employees, know how to find them and be able to navigate them,utilize project procedures in daily work at primary school.
