Course content
Topics of circle 1: Didactics of athletics: 1. Locomotor movement skills 2. Manipulation movement skills 3. Runs 4. Jumps 5. Feast 6. Organization of competitions in athletics, activities of judges Topics of topic 2: Healthy TV: 1.Motion and health 2. Examination of the musculoskeletal system 3. Health physical education - goals, tasks, didactic principles, methods and procedures 4. The structure of the lesson Zdr.Tv 5. Weakening of the musculoskeletal system 6. Methods of evaluation of posture 7. Weaking of Metabolic system 8. Sensory impairment 9. Weakening of the cardiovascular system 10. Weakening of the respiratory system 11. Weaking of neuropsychical system 12. Aids in Zdr.Tv

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic Lecture(Interpretation, Training), Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming), Work with Text (with Book, Textbook), Training in job and motor Skils
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, students should be able to: - understand the importance of physical activity for the healthy development of a child, - be familiar with methods for assessing posture, - choose appropriate corrective exercises to eliminate muscle imbalances, - be familiar with methods and procedures for training basic locomotor and manipulative skills, - know the rules of athletic disciplines and be familiar with the activities of a referee, - understand the mechanism of organizing an athletic competition. Topics All-round developing activities focusing on the quality of postural function (postural-motor-functional preparation).Postural stereotype, model of individually optimal posture.Assessment of posture quality, correction and fixation of the postural model.Locomotor movement skills, preparatory games, technique.Manipulative movement skills, preparatory games, technique.Didactic aspects of the basics of athletics - athletic games including their modification for a student with SEN. Safety and organization of activities when teaching the basics of athletics in physical education.

Prerequisites
The level of motor abilities and motor skills that allow you to complete the course and meet the requirements for credit.

Assessment methods and criteria
Student performance, Seminar Work, Written exam

- attendance 80 % - successful processing of seminar work - successful mastery of didactic output - successful completion of the knowledge test in the field of Health TV - attendance 80 % - successful mastery of selected athletic skills (low start, 100 m run, Cooper test, ball throw, long jump, high jump). The requirements for awarding credits are met during the semester.
