Course content
|
Basic training shapes , their proper implementation , training exemplary embodiment , illustrative application of the method of locomotive contrast. Acrobatics : rolls , standing ( on the ropes , head , hands), cartwheel (left, right) Skip : preparatory exercises for practicing gymnastics reflection of the trampoline , gymnastics and reflection rebounds, shrimp, stride . Trapeze : basic position přešvihy , elusive, sesino , podmet . Beam : different types of walking with accompanying arm movements and maneuvers equilibrium, mounts , jumps , trot , hops Compliance with security policies , practice specific techniques , helping , salvation. Error and motor learning , identifying the cause and effect error correction formulation instructions. Selected methodological and organizational forms: mass , group exercises , variable operation , additional exercises. Didactic control styles . Program learning processes , problem , creative learning. ( The themes are intertwined and are often part of several teaching units . )

The course deals with the analysis of the teaching of physical education. Attention is paid to the organization of teaching units, forms, resources, methods and didactic styles applied in hours of gymnastics. The aim of the course is to teach students knowledge of the correct implementation of the exercise of shapes, equip them with knowledge on the compilation of teaching practice exercise basic shapes, learn the didactic skills and knowledge of the terminology.
Students will acquire the competence to teach selected gymnastic exercise forms according to the recommended methodologies (acrobatics, vault, horizontal bar, balance beam). Able to assess the quality of the flagship of the movement, Mark apparent cause errors and induce proper corrective instruction. He can observe safety precautions when practicing tool, knows steam. Appropriately classified methodical - organizational forms and apply didactic control styles. Can demonstrate movement skills at the required level. Properly used gymnastic terminology.

Active participation in seminars, didactic output - organization and practical teaching techniques of gymnastics on a given subject (acrobatics, vault, horizontal bar, beam), written preparation of teaching practice (didactic component) of help. ¨ Practical mastering the elements. Test: nomenclature.
