Learning outcomes
|
The course acquaints students with basic theoretical knowledge in the field of health psychology, mental hygiene and other sub-areas focused on health by psychological means. Students will acquire basic terminology concepts in the field of health psychology, understand the principles and basic theories applied in this field. In the practical part, students will gain experience with selected techniques related to self-regulation.
