The aim of the subject The purpose of this course is to draw attention to the importance of professional ethics in a pedagogue´s profession, to focus on selected problems of a pedagogue´s professional ethics. Related to this is another goal, which is to provide space for sharing your experience. Students lack time to discuss it with someone else and compare it to what is written in literature. After the course, students will be able to define the basic terms connected with ethics, explain the importance of value education, identify the most important values the school should develop in learners, prepare a teaching plan aiming at certain value development, identify the most important theories of moral development and identify the aim of moral development.
