Learning outcomes
|
Students will able to understand the notion of school climate - the objective reality as it is reflected in the participants' perception, evaluation and experience. They recognize the need to study school climate (which reveals the school life, shifts attention to its functioning and meaning, leads towards the evaluation of its functions, facilitates changes and innovations). They will learn about the essengial tools of investigating it. They will consider the humanization of schools above all as the aim to develop the personalities of the educated.
