Learning outcomes
Students will be able to: - define and compare the concepts of environment, school environment, atmosphere, climate, school climate, - clarify climate variants (organizational, school, classroom, teaching), - categorize school climate typologies, - know the tools for school climate research, - to conceive, to be able to analyze theoretically, or apply tools for determining the characteristics of school climate and interpret the results of school climate research, - summarize and justify the importance of school climate research, - explain how the school climate is included in their dissertation, or doctoral studies.
