Learning outcomes

- to analyse general didactics as a discipline and as a tool of the educator, - define the specifics of the basic categories of general didactics, be able to distinguish them in the educational process and explain the need for their systematic anchoring in the educational process, - to distinguish the factors influencing the course of education according to the possibility of their influence by the educator, to emphasize the importance of motivation in learning, - explain the interconnectedness of the procedures of planning, implementation and evaluation of the result of education, - plan the teaching process, - evaluate the results of student performance, - modify all didactic categories to the heterogeneous composition of the pupils in the class, - implement teacher self-evaluation through self-reflective techniques. Through the discipline, the participants will acquire basic didactic competences, which form an integral part of the whole educational process, and therefore also correspond to the competences defined in the Competence Framework for Graduate and Graduate Teachers (linking mainly to areas 1.1, 1.2, 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, 2.5, 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 4.1, 4.2, 4.3).
