Course content
Mission and activities of the organization, target group, legislation, organizational structure, macro-management and micro-management, financing, documentation. The curriculum, educational activities implemented in the organization. SWOT analysis. Planning, implementation and evaluation of educational activities.

Learning outcomes
After completing work placements in an organization, students should be able to: to define the mission and activities of the organization on the basis of existing legislation (including key legal rules governing the activities of the organization governed) specify the organizational structure and micromanagement organizations comprehensively describe and evaluate job description elected member of the organization, describe the method of financing the organization, characterize curriculum documents and other documents, which are kept in the organization (with a focus on the education program, in the case of the educational establishment) generally characterize the organizational and substantive aspects of educational activities that are implemented in the organization, develop a SWOT analysis of the organization, independently plan and implement educational activities for at least five to 40 hours of practice, prepare a written preparation, description of the evaluation conducted by independent educational activities, carry out their own self-reflection educational influence in the organization, collectively assess graduation practice and process portfolio, through which demonstrates the fulfillment of the objectives of continuous professional practice.
Students will acquire and consolidate competence to work in the educational practice.
Prerequisites
Basic knowledges of didactics, leisure education and methodology of games.

During the master's program (Continuous Professional Practice 1, Continuous Practice 2) students are required to undergo at least 40 hours of practice in a school club / school club, 40 hours of practice in the Leisure Centre / house of children and youth and 40 hours of practice in the nongovernmental organization working with children and youth in their free time. The remaining hours of continuous professional practice student passes either also in some (some) of the organizations listed above, or any other organization that provides leisure activities for children, youth, adults and seniors. In the event that the mission of the organization is primarily selected other than leisure (eg. Constitutional protection and education, social services, health ...), it is assumed that the student will practice operate primarily in leisure clients. Practice in any organization subject to the approval of the methodology of practice. Students practice developed individually. It handles the portfolio, through demonstrated fulfillment of the objectives of practice. Student practice is evaluated by indicating the employee who pays the student to practice. Students are to practice regularly inspected also methodist practice. On continuous professional practice followed by reflection, whose main objective is to share experiences and practical knowledge and mutual enrichment of students under the guidance of practice methodology.
