Public service and financing of public service, types of public budgets, budgetory procedure, public funds. Financing of social security. EU budget. Allowance and nonprofit organization.

Learning outcomes
|
The aim of this subject is to undestand the term of public finance, to know of financing of public service and budgetary procedure.
Graduates will understand the issue of the functioning and financing of public administration and to focus on public budgets.
