Course content
School law, right and duties of pupils and teachers in education process, institutor rights in area of school

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic Lecture(Interpretation, Training)
  • Attendace - 3 hours per semester
  • Preparation for the Course Credit - 20 hours per semester
  • Semestral Work - 35 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
The subject Law education is focused on interpretation of the most important concepts of law from sphere of law. The goal is acquaint students with important institutes of private and public law. Subject is hereafter focused on school legislature especially on school law, where priority is acquaint the learners with discretions and duties of pupils and their legitimate representatives, schools, educational institutions and their founders, state agency and municipal authorities as well as autonomous school authorities.
Theoretical knowledge and practical ability of aplication legal rules in fixed law branch.
Prerequisites
Knowledge of basic legal institutes of fixed branch.
