Learning outcomes
After completing the course, students should be able to: - apply different methods and techniques of data collection in pedagogical research, - process, evaluate and interpret research data - apply selected statistical methods used for hypothesis testing, - propose a project of empirical research, - search for the best sources of information, - on the basis of practical examples of empirical research suggest the optimal data processing, - choose the optimal approach when processing the empirical part of the dissertation.
Students will be able to describe methods of testing of research hypotheses, statistical tests of significance and describe the data on which it can use. He can describe the normal distribution of the data and its properties. He will be able to verify the research hypotheses. He can apply appropriate graphical representation of data. It is able to write a final research report.
