Course content
Students master the technical and methodical parts of working with technologies used at schools.

Learning outcomes
Students are introduced to the media of modern didactic technologies that help improve the quality of communication, direction, monitoring, and regulation in the teaching process. Students get acquainted with individual media from the perspective of their principles, operation, and basic maintenance. The means of creating and obtaining programmes suitable to the needs of secondary school teachers will be emphasized. The students should, upon completing this subject, be able to create and implement their own programmes for secondary school pupils. The contents of this discipline include: video technology and its uses in secondary school, creating educational and instructional programmes for secondary school pupils, using video cameras in secondary school, digital sound recording and its uses in secondary school, reprographic technology and its uses in secondary school, modern projection technology and its uses in secondary school, recording media and their uses in secondary school.
After graduating disciplines, students should be able to work with modern educational technologies such as for example interactive whiteboards, tablet, visualizer, information and communication technologies etc. These technologies should then able to exploit in teaching.
Prerequisites
Basic knowledge of educational technology.
