Sources of law in social work. Selected public norms governing social worker. Selected private standards governing social worker. Legislative measures to organize the activities of governmental and nongovernmental institutions in the field of social work. Social work and its role in the social policy of the state. Responsibility relationships resulting from the activities of a social worker

Learning outcomes
|
Students will be able to describe and clarify the current legal standards and social work, organizational and legislative measures which form the legal framework for the activities of social workers and various tools to ensure legal, efficient and functional social work.
Theoretical knowledge and practical ability of aplication legal rules in fixed law branch.

Prerequisites
|
Knowledge of basic legal institutes of fixed branch.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Oral exam
Course completion form of colloquia, membership in a group of 4-5, a discussion topic as part of the course content.
