Course content
Personnel Management, the importance of the organization, and focus areas, goals, and personal skills profile, trends in modern personnel management, workforce and labor market, work as a socio-economic category, profession, occupation, employment, recruitment and selection, adaptation of workers in organization, motivation and influence, guest workers, career management staff, termination of employment Employee Relations, Social policy in the organization, innovation and organizational change management, organizational culture and ethics

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic Lecture(Interpretation, Training), Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming), Activating (Simulations, Games, Dramatization)
Learning outcomes
Students after completion of the course will gain basic knowledge of personnel management and field operations personnel department. They will acquire skills in the sub-area selection, adaptation, evaluation, management and staff mobility.
