Course content
Definition of basic terms. Non-profit-making sector management. Specifics of non-profit-making organizations management. Evaluation as a starting point of change management. Legislative and political framework. Procedural and organizational aspects of evaluative processes. Individual areas of institution work and possibilities of their evaluation. Evaluation as teamwork. Evaluative criteria, quality indicators of individual areas of institution work. Evaluation project in a particular institution.

Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming), Work with Text (with Book, Textbook), Activating (Simulations, Games, Dramatization)
Learning outcomes
After completing the subject students should be able to depict specifics of non-profit-making organizations management, characterize non-profit-making sector management and change management, explain procedural and organizational aspects of evaluative processes, illustrate relationship and differences between external and internal evaluation with a view to a specifics of non-profit-making sector, characterize some of accesses of quality management (TQM, EFQM, ISO etc.) administered in a non-profit-making sector, explain the principle and propriety of using basic evaluating methods, techniques and instruments, construct and use practically some of these instruments, elaborate self-evaluation project in chosen area.
After completing the course, students will be able to demonstrate the fulfillment of its objectives.

Oral exam, Student performance

Elaboration of a portfolio of a school institution of interest education. The portfolio should contain how to change the functioning of the organisation.
