Course content
|
Criminology as a science. Theories of etiology of criminology. Forms of criminality. Telling the offender and the victim. Social control of criminality. Treating the offender including the effectiveness of sanctions placed. Models of criminal etiology. Methodology for this field. Methods of social control of criminality, state and development of criminality. Situation - analysis and description. Orientation in main phases of work with the offender.

Learning outcomes
|
Criminology as an empirical science deals with criminal activities, their structure and development. It addresses the origin of pathological behaviour, the offender and the criminal as well as the victim. Stress on multidisciplinary approach.
Theoretical knowledge and practical ability of aplication legal rules in fixed law branch.

Prerequisites
|
Knowledge of basic legal institutes of fixed branch.
