Difficult life situations, conflict, frustration, stress, symptoms, causes, the crisis in human life, characteristics of the crisis, Crisis management, crisis intervention, basic principles, forms of crisis intervention, their characteristics, basic procedures and techniques of crisis intervention, gender and age determinants of crisis Intervention, Crisis intervention with the couple, families and groups, crisis intervention worker; system of supervision in the field of disaster relief and services.

Learning outcomes
|
After completing the course, students will be able to describe and illustrate the difficult life situation and psychosocial crisis, is to distinguish, perceive psychosocial crisis as a natural part of human development. They know the method of crisis intervention and recovery. Through training in the following scenarios will be able to use variants of crisis intervention for various types of crisis in its various stages, will be able to assess their own resources, motives and barriers for the work of crisis interveners.
