Bullying, basic concepts, characteristics, peculiarities of bullying among adults; forms of bullying among adults, causes of bullying at the workplace, Signs and targets of bullying at the workplace; profile offenders and victims of mobbing, mobbing phase, harassment techniques, response to victims of mobbing, mobbing Implications for stakeholders , implications for the organization; Bullying in the workplace in terms of rights, options, and help prevent bullying in the workplace

After completing the course, students will know the causes and consequences of bullying in the workplace to focus on its forms and manifestations, be able to diagnose bullying in the workplace, know the opportunities for redress and able to apply them, to know the possibilities of preventing bullying in the workplace
