Students are acquainted with the media of modern didactic technologies, which contribute to improving the quality of teaching communication, controlling, monitoring and regulating the teaching process. Students get acquainted with the individual media components from the perspective of their principal, operation and basic maintenance. The manner of creating and obtaining programmes for the needs of secondary school teachers will be accentuated. The students should, subsequent to completing this subject, be able to create and execute their own programmes stipulated for the pupils of secondary schools. The contents of this discipline are: Video technology and its utilization in the work of a secondary school teacher. Creating education and instructional programmes for secondary school pupils. The use of a video camera in the work of a secondary school teacher. Reprographic technology and its utilization at a secondary school. Modern projection technology and its utilization at a secondary school. Recording media and its utilization at a secondary school.
After graduating disciplines, students should be able to work with modern educational technologies such as for example interactive whiteboards, tablet, visualizer, information and communication technologies etc. These technologies should then able to exploit in teaching.
