Defining concepts concerning Substitute Family Care. History of Substitute Family Care and its evolution. Pedagogical and psychological aspects of Substitute Family Care. Positive and negative factors of Substitute Family Care and theirs consequences. Legal elements of Substitute Family Care. A placing a child in Substitute Family Care. Substitute Family Care researches. Institutions that participate to mediate Substitute Family Care in Czech Republic. Comparison Substitute Family Care in Czech Republic and in abroad. Main legal pillars of Substitute Family Care (especially Act No. 94/1963 Coll., on family, as amended; Act No. 359/1999 Coll., on social and legal protection of children, as amended).
