Course content
The content of the subject is concerned with these topics: Basic concepts of general management, basic concepts of management. Management Education, state and local authorities in education. The establishment and funding of schools. Planning in education. Organizational structures in education. Leadership. Checking in education and in school, external and internal evaluation of school work, managing change. Culture and image of the school. Educational Policy of the EU, CR and undergraduate training of medical personnel.

Learning outcomes
After completing the course students should be able to define basic concepts and problems of general education and applied knowledge management and general management in schooling and school management, especially on the nature and type of school, for which the are being professionally prepared.
After completing the course, students will be able to demonstrate the fulfillment of its objectives.
