Course content
Educational evaluation, its phases, strong and weak aspects. Internal and external school evaluation and its actors. Contribution and pitfalls of using basic evaluation methods. Evaluation process in the context of current trends in Czech schooling.

Learning outcomes
Students will be able to explain the concept of educational evaluation, phases, strengths and weaknesses, to explain the relationship between internal and external evaluation and engagement of various groups of stakeholders into school life. They will also be able to explain the development of basic evaluational methods, to use them in school practice and to suggest appropriate evaluation process.

Analyssis of the Student's Portfolio

To create portfolio demonstrating use of particular evaluational instruments in school practice, proposal of selected evaluation procedure.
