Threat to a group democracy. Asymmetrical inerpersonal relation, in which the stronger or more powerful misuses the weaker and violates his / her rights. Reasons of aggression and roles of the bullied in a social group. Influence of the school climate and factors nurturing the emergence and development of bullying. Prevention programmes and ways of solving bulying at schools and in school related institutions.
