Course content

Legality and legal consciousness. The rule of law. Limitation barred. Human rights issues, the protection of human rights. Protection of property. Protection of personality. The most common types of contracts. Responsibility for culpable conduct. Social and legal protection. Assistance in material need, batch system of the Czech Republic. The undisputed and disputed procedure. Criminal proceedings. Enforcement. Insolvency.

After completing the course, students should be able to: "Understand the basic legal institutions from the perspective of individual legal branches using for practice, "Reproduce legal standards both in terms of taxonomy, and in terms of individual legal terms and institutions, "Orient themselves in various areas of law, the legal system, "Apply selected legal institutions in civil life, in school, at work, "Deeper analysis terms related to the rights and obligations of individuals in society, "Orient themselves in the possibilities of process control

Assessment methods and criteria
|

Within the contact time and within self is a student requires individual study of a given topic from predetermined topics followed by treatment project which the student is required to present and defend for admission to the colloquium. At the colloquium, the student is required to demonstrate knowledge of the relevant matter collected on contact and teaching of basic and supplementary educational literature and legal resources to study the subject.
