Course content
Qualitative research in educational sciences. Phases of qualitative research - research setting goals, creating a conceptual framework to define research questions, decisions about methods, quality control of research, data collection and organization, analysis and interpretation of data, drawing conclusions in a research report. Selected designs of qualitative research (grounded theory, case studies, ethnography, biography, etc.). The most frequent methods of data collection in qualitative oriented research. Evaluation and interpretation of qualitative research data. Ethics research.

Learning outcomes
After completing the course, students should be able to: - describe and characterize qualitative research in educational sciences, - define basic concepts of qualitative methodology, - explain and describe the differences in selected designs of qualitative research, - create a process of qualitative research; - apply selected methods and techniques of data collection in qualitative oriented research, - evaluate and interpret qualitative research data, - describe and characterize the ethics of research work qualitatively oriented data.
Students will be able to describe to describe and characterize qualitative research in educational sciences, to define the basic concepts of qualitative methodology. Able to explain and describe the differences in selected qualitative research designs. Will be able to create the qualitative research. You can apply selected methods and techniques of data collection in qualitative oriented research and evaluate and interpret qualitative research data.

Basic knowledge of methodology.
