Communication as exchange values. Effective and non-ffective communication. Perceptions of the importance of social intercourse. Communication bariers. Errors and shortcomings in the perception of people. Communication in the workplace. Assertive.

Learning outcomes
|
When finishing this subject students should be able to list the most important principles and rules that contribute to efficient communication and high-quality interpersonal relationships, to find and remedy faults, mistakes and barriers existing in social communication and in assessing people. They also should be able to concretize the most important principles for successful communication at work, to improve their treatment of people, to set their own aims for improvement and to make use of basic assertive techniques in a practical way.
Preparing to work in a helping profession, the development and cultivation of communicative skills, training, empathic communication.
