Course content
Conflict, the factors influencing the course of the conflict; People's reactions to conflict situations, ways to resolve conflicts, competition? cooperation, problem solving techniques, effective communication, active listening techniques, negotiation, mediation, basic characteristics, objectives, principles, mediation participants and relations between them; role of mediator, mediation phase and means, the use of mediation, mediation with experience abroad and us

Learning outcomes
After completing the course students should be familiar with the characteristics of interpersonal conflicts and people's reactions to them, understand the importance of effective communication for constructive conflict resolution; Be familiar with all the basic methods of conflict resolution, mediation know the method, its basic principles, the process of mediation, the characteristics of relationships mediation and usage, on the basis of self-reflection to recognize their own strengths and limits of conflict resolution, gain practical skills to better manage conflict situations

Assessment methods and criteria
Student performance

Written analysis of selected conflict situations from practice of the student, the draft measures, training techniques, conflict resolution, solving model situations and group discussions in the exercises, survey processing specialist centers for conflict resolution and mediation, group discussions and consultations problem cases from practice with the teacher.
