Law, font of law, law scheme,legal rules, legal relations, Constitution, human rights and freedoms

Lecture
  • Attendace - 8 hours per semester
  • Preparation for the Exam - 110 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
Law and legislation, legal norms, regulations, system of law, legal force of an enactment and legal order hierarchy. Force of legal rules, their relevance, derogation and retroactivity. Constitution of the CR, Declaration of basic rights and freedoms.
Theoretical knowledge and practical ability of aplication legal rules in fixed law branch.
Prerequisites
Knowledge of basic legal institutes of fixed branch.
