Course content

Business law as a complex of legal standards, adjusting relations, originating in connection with exchange of goods and services. It is part of the private law, which is characterized by equal position of the parties and contractual freedom.

|
Applying one's knowledge in concrete life stituations and type examples. Assessment of the most typical agreements ( e.g. contract of purchase) Work with the commercial law, the civil code or their parts or computer databases. Applying one's theoretical knowledge when dealing with clients.
