Non-profit organisations and reasons for their existence. Types of non-profit organisations with respect to their financing. Non-governmental non-profit organisations (NGOs). Financial resources of NGOs, foundations, donations, public budgets, grants etc.

Learning outcomes
|
To understand principles of non-profit companies function, to know principles of their financing incl. assesment of their financing possibilities and to suggest further effective resources of finance gaining.
Student will gain knowledge of types and operation of nonprofit organizations. Will be able to apply for funding opportunities that type of non-profit organizations.

|
Seminar Work
Understanding the principle for functioning of non-profit organizations. Knowing the principle of financing non-profit organizations. Reviewing the possibilities of financing non-profit organizations and proposing other effective sources for acquiring finances.
