Course content
Criminally-legal relations. Criminalization. Infringement. Offenses. The competence of the courts. Proceedings before a judicial body. Administrative-legal relations. State and local authorities. Territorial Administration. Interest autonomy. Violations and other types of offenses. Administrative management. Risky behavior in society. The importance of legal relations in negotiations with state authorities. Constitutional law. Social law.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monologic Lecture(Interpretation, Training), Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming)

Learning outcomes
After completing the course, students should be able to: "Understand the basic legal institutions from the perspective of public law, "Reproduce legal standards both in terms of taxonomy, and in terms of individual concepts and public institutes, "Orient themselves in the different sectors of public law, "Apply selected institutes of public law in practice, "Analyze the concepts related to safe behavior in a risky environment, the kinds of unlawful conduct and sanctions, criminal liability and the importance of legal relations arising from contact between citizens and authorities
Theoretical knowledge and practical ability of aplication legal rules in public law area.
Prerequisites
Knowledge of basic law institutes from public law area.

Student performance, Written exam

Knowledge of the subject matter at the colloquium -presentation.
