Course content
|
The position and role of an educator at school on pedagogical, psychological and social level. Topics: Teacher?s personality, a teacher in a school of today, teachers? training, a beginner teacher, an expert teacher, further education of teachers.

Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the subject is to prepare students for their roles as teachers, covering the pedagogical, psychological and social spheres. Development of education and the educational system in the Czech republic, focus on the teacher's role. Contemporary teacher - pre service teacher, young and experienced in service teacher, continuous in service teacher education.
The course focuses on teaching Propaedeutics. After its completion, the student will be able to understand the problems of the teaching profession, teacher relationships with students, colleagues, parents and the wider community. Creates a knowledge base for managing the following subjects pedagogical-psychological preparation.

Prerequisites
|
Basic skills for university study in the field of helping professions. Interest in the field, a willingness to work independently and in a team.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Didactic Test
Master's degree student curriculum support secondary school teacher 1, the corresponding tasks, complete a knowledge test.
