Learning outcomes
|
Students will learn the basic rules of communication by way of solutions to concrete situations. At the same time, they will also be encouraged to correct nonverbal behaviour and effective communication by actions. The seminar will place stress on active listening, assertiveness, and will help to develop a certain level of empathy when communicating. Students will be ready to identify nonstandard communicative situations (for example manipulation, non-justified criticism, and conflict) and learn how to control them in their professional lives.
