Course content
Introduction to criminal law, the competence of criminal laws. The concept, features and cutting crime. Facts of the crime. Developmental stages of crime. Circumstances excluding illegality. Criminal penalties. Interpretative provisions (§ 110 - § 139 of the Penal Code). Informatively - concurrence of crimes and recidivism, cooperation and participation .. Practical analysis of the facts selected crimes.

Learning outcomes
The aim is to acquire basic knowledge of criminal law and their practical application in analysis of the facts of the crime.
Theoretical knowledge and practical ability of aplication legal rules in fixed law branch.
Prerequisites
Knowledge of basic legal institutes of fixed branch.

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral exam

Knowledge of the terminology pertaining to penal law and its practical application.
