Introduction to teacher?s competencies, his/her activities, the criteria for his/her evaluation and further education. Class diagnostics.

Students should be able to: tell individual teacher's competences in practical activities at upper secondary school and colleges, provide an overview of all teacher's activities of a chosen type: form teacher, school preventist of socio-pathological phenomena, educational counsellor etc., analyze programmes of further teacher education at a given school, to describe the influence of school management on teachers' education, find and describe criteria for teacher evaluation at a given school in accord with the plan of school management, to realize class diagnostics in a given class in accord with the form teacher's plan.
