Course content
|
Principles of planning. International conventions, laws, governmental regulations, announcements of ministries, regions and municipalities.The Conditions of Employment for staff of schools and school facilities. The safety rules for work with children, the principles of first aid. Equipment, organization and activities. Characteristics of the facility. Documentation of equipment and pedagogical documentation, internal order, educational programs, structure and form of educational activity. Preparation and organization, motivation and management of educational activities and extracurricular activities for that age group, the creative application of pedagogical principles and methods of leading groups of children and young people. Preventive programs. Self-reflection activities, keeping a journal of self-reflection educational activities. Evaluation and self-evaluation of carried out educational activities. Processing of the statement of operations.

Learning outcomes
|
Students should be able to consolidate and apply their theoretical knowledge in real life conditions, to use tools leading to a deeper knowledge of pupil's personality, further deepen the ability to interact with all participants of the educational processes, to synthetize knowledge from theory and practice of education, to apply knowledge on teacher's self-reflection.
Students will acquire and consolidate competence to work in the educational practice.
