After completing the course, students should be able to: . perform reflection of its educational impact on both continuous professional practices and draw conclusions for their further professional development, . compare their ideas about the profession of educator / teacher free time with reality and the views and experience of teachers with whom the practice met . to formulate their views on the suitability of different procedures for dealing with situations arising in the educational process, . present their evaluation of the organization as a whole (climate, work organization, efficiency ...) . their attitudes and opinions to share and discuss with other students in the study group.
